Remote Work is very much in demand and more than 90% online work is fake. IntelliNature filtered the remaining Good 10% Crowdsourcing Platforms where Artificial Intelligence Related Data Preparation was coming from Global Corporates. These Platforms have been designed recommended by Top Universities of the World like Stanford, USA. Across the Globe, people are unaware in this very key area of Artificial Intelligence. Anybody from Any Stream, Any Background, Any Age, Any Skill, Any Time can work in this remote earning independent model. Due to lack of an awareness, this 25 Year Old Crowdsourcing Online Work remained unexplored from people.

Our Value Proposition

The Company Created a First Of its Kind EdTech Service Platform called IntelliDeep to Impart Education and Work on AI Projects. The Company Daily Runs Free Awareness Campaigns across India with more than 2 Lakh People have been made aware of this field. More than 4000 People have enrolled to the Company's Learn and Earn Program since inception and make earnings of up to Rs. 12 Lakhs Per Annum. The Company makes yearly revenues of Rs. 1.25 Crore Plus and is supported by a staff of 15. The Company is currently running its operations in India and plans for a Global Expansion.

The Startup wants to sell International Skin Care Products in India via ECommerce Platform

Problem

The Founder visited Korea and spoke to Manufacturers for selling products in India. To sell International Skin Care Products in India it required Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) License. Per Product Per Manufacturer License itself was costing in Lakhs as it required testing of Chemicals in the Government Labs. The Founder wanted to white label the products but it would incur License Costs in Rs. Crores before selling in India. Founder had lost hopes as she was short in funds and did not want to take heavy risk.

Due to Heavy CDSCO Licensing Costs , Foreign Companies are finding it difficult to Enter the Indian Market in Cosmetics. B2B Model like the following is difficult to execute. Where the Manufacturer is a Foreign Entity and someone market's their products in India (Marketing and Imported By) Via CDSCO Licensing. This follows an MOV and MOQ as it involves Importing Products in Containers Via Ships. This itself runs into crores and most of the businesses have failed to execute this model.

  • Google Charges Money to Businesses just to Display their Product on its Website. So a B2B Arrangement. This Business can be any entity across the world. A Foreign Entity can display Products on Google Shopping India. 

  • Customer Clicks on the Product on Google Shopping which takes them to a Foreign Website.

  • Customer Buys Products and gives Money Directly to Foreign Entity who ships the Product directly to Customer Via Customs. So it becomes a Foreign Business Entity to Indian Customer Via Customs.

We recommended to adopt Below Model to Skiomy in same lines with Google Shopping

  • Setup a Skin Care ECommerce Website and Register as an Indian Entity with the Government Of India

  • Build up a Consumer Base in India

  • Tie up with Foreign Entities and display their products on Skiomy ECommerce Website

  • Indian Skiomy ECommerce Website would take Indian Customers to Foreign Websites

  • Simply take Product Commissions from Foreign Entities for whatever Customers are Acquired through Skiomy Indian ECommerce Website.

  • The Money to Skiomy in this arrangement is Foreign Entity Money To Indian Entity OR Offline Commissions

  • Indian Bank Account will get Foreign Currency in Commissions. Just IEC Code required for this. 

  • Google takes money on Product Listing (Ads) Via its Merchant Center, Skiomy would take money for every Product Sold Via it's Website in a strategic tie up with foreign entities

Problem

The Company was running into crores of losses with only 10% of Manufacturing Capacity turning into Revenues. A 20 Year Old Heritage Company wanted to Lay the Foundation of a Separate Business Line and have Digital Presence across PAN India to increase sales and revenues.

Problem

The India Startup wanted to directly enter and start from the UK Market which was reporting Yearly Sales of     Rs. 66,000 Crores with major share taken by the Existing Big Giants.

Our Value Proposition

At the very First Stage we advised the Startup on the UK Import Regulations which had heavier constraints on Milk Products. Moreover setting a Plant in Foreign Land posed more risks and was not feasible. Instead we advised the Startup to Target its MVP in Local Region in any Indian City. The MVP Scope was defined and Bangalore was chosen for its Piloting. A Zip Code was taken and Retail Shops more than 8,000 were Marked on Google Maps within a small region in Bangalore (anticipated to have more than 5 Lakh Retail Stores). We also developed a Mobile Application to Manage and Track Counters for the Sales Personnel. We also advised the Startup to test Bakery on Wheel Concept (a Pulling Cart Model) where Sales would happen over the Cart Counter. The Startup Tested its MVP with Retail Counters defaulting on money and Pulling Cart Sales decreasing with time. Ultimately the Startup had to wind by looking at the results of the MVP.

The Startup One Tap Service (OTS) wanted to launch a 2-Wheeler & 4-Wheeler Maintenance Service on Mobile with 24 By 7 Road Side Assistance. The Company wanted to onboard all the Local Service Centers on it's Mobile where users could fulfill their Vehicle Servicing Needs. 

Problem

The Automobile Service Industry is disconnected with rates not standardized. Moreover complex engineering around Vehicles keeps the people difficult to understand the inside mechanics. This leads to Service Centers putting any charges and deploying low quality replacement parts to the vehicle.

Our Value Proposition

At the very stage the Idea looked very appealing and also identified a valid Problem Scenario. The Startup approached us at a late stage when their Mobile Application was under development and the Founder was pitching to the Investors. We did in depth analysis of the Startup's concept and tried to map it to the psychological behavior of the user using the Mobile App.

 

The Problem was evident due to Non Stickiness of the Mobile App. A Service Center in the Vicinity of the User would Service for the First Time and then share its Mobile Number directly to the user to avoid Commissions to OTS. Direct Phone Number Sharing of Service Provider to the User in the Local Vicinity would not generate the need for the User to book service for the 2nd time. The Startup would see rise in revenues during the initial months but the revenues would drop as time progressed due to non repeatable sales. Companies like OLA have succeeded because the user does not know where the Driver is and Driver doesn't know where the ride would originate. This leads and forces the User and Service Provider to launch the OLA Mobile App and Book a Ride. The Sticky Behavior for OLA Mobile App at both ends generates commission based revenue model for OLA. OTS Mobile App was NON STICKY whereas OLA Mobile App exhibits STICKINESS.

 

Hence a Valid Idea and a Valid Problem could not become a Business. This was put as an advisory consultancy note to OTS.

The Startup was Founded by the Founders of Nisarg Startup Consulting Services in 2018. The Startup Envisioned Green Metros by establishing a New Product Line Flat Balcony Gardens and run a multi-year operation called BUILDING TO TREE (B2T). The Company wanted to work with Local Municipal Corporations of Metropolitans Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi, Bangalore. The Expected turnover of the Company over a multi year strategical project was expected to be more than Rs. 800 Crores generating an employment of 55,000 of which 25,000 where estimated to be farmers. The Startup wanted to work with the Local Government Municipal Bodies which involved Policy Making.

The Startup LiveInNaturalLove wanted to promote the concept of Living Relationships over Marriage and wanted to come up with a Mobile App. This would have been similar to Dating or a Matrimony App where individuals could chat, meet and then go for long marital relationship. There is No App providing such service globally and the Startup wanted to enter this segment.

Problem

The current society is going through tough times where marriages are converting to divorces. Couples are not happy staying together. Work Independence has removed dependency of couples on each other and now couples don't want to compromise on stressful relationships. Marital Laws are very strict across countries and divorce is not that easy. All these factors are also leading to domestic violence.  The Startup wanted to promote the concept of Living in Harmony and also Breaking in Harmony. The Startup also wanted to create a Relationship Database to keep a behavioral record and in turn propose 2nd Marriage or Living Relationship to individual after a breakup.

Our Value Proposition

The Startup came during Idea Validation Phase and we did intensive research on Living Relationship Legal Laws across countries. Many countries have adopted it but many other countries like India don't give clear legal acceptance. Moreover Rights of a Child Born out of a Living Relationship stood unclear which could lead to a more problematic society. Though the intention of the Startup was to promote a Healthy Relationship but we advised the Startup not to proceed considering the Legal Non-Acceptance.

The Startup Earth Matters wants to Improve Life Of Farmers in Kerala

Problem

The Bread Giver of Everyone The Poor Farmer is unable to Earn his own Bread. This is a poor state of an India Farmer where suicides are increasing year by year with crop yields impacted by monsoon or improper storage or low price in the selling market. The Startup wants to look for Markets offering a better price and in turn getting more profits and earnings into the hands of the Farmers. The Startup also needs to come up with Supply Chain Model functioning under Standard Operating Procedure.

Our Value Proposition

We are currently working with the Startup and providing CEO Consulting Service at affordable prices and creating a business model and helping it approach markets where the crop yields can be given a higher price. We have given advisory on Exporting Rice to Richer Countries like UAE, Dubai, Canada and US. We have also helped their team with necessary knowledge on Incoterms, Licensing, Certifications including Inter Government Tie Ups and relaxed duties for Exporting Rice.  We have also given consulting on how to find International Buyers and also come with a price model which includes Ex Factory Cost, Insurance Charges, shipping etc.
